In the city center of Ghent there is a large availability of hotels in various styles (Visit Ghent). In summer, accommodation in Ghent is more limited and typically more expensive. However, we have negotiated attractive rates for various hotels covering a wide price range from standard, large-chain hotels to smaller accommodations which reflect the intimate, historical feel of the city. To profit from these special rates, please read the information below for each hotel carefully before booking. All given rooms rates are the special rates negotiated by us. A city tax of € 3 per night will be charged additionally. All of the hotels suggested, are located in the city center, within walking distance (10-20 min) or a short ride via public transportation from the conference venue. As the inner city is mostly traffic-free, traveling from the hotels to the conference site can be done comfortably and safely. For those traveling by car, there are large free parking spaces just outside the city (Parking Plan Ghent).
